☼ When do I need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP by December 16.

☼ What time should I arrive?

Ceremony - about 30 minutes beforehand would be fantastic just to make sure we're all on time and don't fall behind schedule.

Reception - the reception will commence at 6:30pm so arrive at least 30 minutes beforehand so you don't miss out on canapes and light beverages!

☼ Where should I park?

Ceremony - there is limited parking at the Illawarra Rhododendron Garden so we recommend carpooling or catching an uber/taxi to the ceremony.

Reception - there will street parking, an underground carpark at the Novotel as well ubers and taxis.

☼ Can I bring a plus one?

We've chosen to host an intimate wedding just with our dearest family and friends. This unfortunately means we won't be able to accommodate this request. We hope you can understand.

☼ What should I wear?

Dress code is cocktail ~ but whatever makes you feel happy and comfortable to boogie in.

☼ Are kids welcome?

Absolutely! We'd love your little gumnuts to be there, just let us know so we can confirm the kids menu with the team at the Novotel.

☼ Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

The wedding will be outdoors (mother nature will prevail). At the ceremony we'll be surrounded by nature so there will be some shade and shelter. We'll also provide umbrellas/sunscreen/bug spray on the day, just in case you've forgotten or the weather is unpredictable.

☼ What happens after the ceremony?

Group photos will be taken, then the bridal party will wander off and take photos around the garden. This will be a good time for you to slowly drift off to the Novotel at your own pace (Canapes/Light Beverages @6pm).

 

~ Have a quick nap, outfit change, change to your dancing shoes, explore the garden, start drinks early, go for a swim... Whatever you please!
